**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Selection of off the shelf components such as sensors, motors drivers, etc. which can help source components. Should be able to make elaborate comparison sheets for selection of components
- Should be able to make relevant circuits to test components
- Working with technical team to integrate parts into the product
- Working with procurement team to establish supply chain of the components
- Working towards continuous improvement of the product by suggesting alternative cost effective solutions
- Test products and understand key testing parameters of the products. Should be able to generate test reports
- Obsolescence management of products.
- Work in partnership with procurement teams to develop an approved and qualified supply base
- New Product development by using tools like PPAP
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Should have basic technical knowledge of BLDC motors, sensors and accessories
- Should be hands-on in testing the product
- Good Analytical and documentation skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in industries such as Semiconductor, Electrical Equipment, Industrial Automation and Engineering Service
- Experience working with electronic components distributors like Arrow /Avnet /Future /Mouser /Digikey
- Negotiations skill
- Working with EMS supplier for PCB assembly
- Desired Qualification: B.E. or B. Tech from relevant domains (Electronics/Electrical//Power Electronics/Instrumentation) or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- Work Experience: 2+ years
