**JOB TITLE**:
Accounting Associate

1. JOB PURPOSE (Briefly describe the general purpose of the position or its significance from the organization’s point of view and how it contributes to the overall mission/objective of the organization). Person would be responsible for following.

1.) Maintaining accurate financial records & supporting financial operations of the organisation.

2.) Assist in various accounting tasks to ensure compliance with accurate reporting & smooth functioning of financial transactions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

1. Primary Responsibility (Critical to the function - Must be done)

1) Generate & send invoices to the customer in a timely manner & take a follow up of the same untill the payment is received.

2) Communicate regarding the payment issues & maintain accurate records of the receivables & payables.

3) Ensure proper documentation of the financial transactions.

**Secondary Responsibility**(Other areas of responsibilities like follow ups, being backup for team members, other activities

1. Monitor & resolve any issues or delays regarding the payments.

2. Gather & organize documents for Audits & assist auditor with inquiries

**SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE** (State the minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent).

**Functional Skills**

Ability to work independently & collaboratively in fast
- paced environment.

Good communication skills MS-Excel, MS-Office, Internet, Accounting Software - Tally

Educational Qualifications and Experience Knowledge of Accounting related field. **Graduate**
