**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Key Responsibilities**: - Manage multiple operational processes for products under Inclusive and Social Banking business - Responsible for End to end customer onboarding for this business segment - Evaluate and drive key avenues for digitization with the objective of enhancing customer onboarding and improving business efficiencies - Adhere to agreed TAT for all activities at the operations hub - Build a strong team and lead the team by setting an example - Achieve the desired processing efficiency and quality for each of the managed activities. - Record management including archival and retrieval - Responsible for effective resource management, vendor management, support to business partners and operation centers - Responsible for the overall process adherence and assuring compliance with respect to KYC/AML/Regulatory guidelines/internal policies including audit and compliance.**Key Competencies** - Expertise in managing microfinance operations of products like SHG, JLG, Micro-insurance and other financial inclusion products and services. - Comprehensive understanding of Business Correspondent (BC) model of business.- Role:_Other
