- Great clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
- Ability to create organized filing system.
- Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner.
- When a client or vendor is visiting the business in-person, a receptionist greets the visitor and directs them to the proper location.
- Receptionists need to have excellent customer service skills, including the ability to remain calm and friendly when resolving concerns.
- Receptionists may also collect personal information from new clients and verify and record this information when necessary.
- Receptionists often are the first people customers and vendors reach when they have an issue or a concern.
- They need to remain calm, acknowledge and research concerns and resolve issues or direct them to the correct party for resolution while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

ADMIN
- Provide administrative support for operations team.
- Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

PERSONAL SECRETARY
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive. booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Organizing events and conferences. reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Act as a mediator between external clients and customers, employees and the manager to convey information.
- Schedule appointments and set up venues for the same.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Females with excellent communication skills.
- Experience below 1 year, Freshers are also welcome.
- Basic Computer knowledge should be mandatory.
