**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our formwork solutions, understand their needs, and explain the benefits of our products.

**Lead Generation**: Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and other lead generation activities.

**Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the formwork products and services offered by the company to effectively communicate features and advantages to potential clients.

**Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing accurate information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Achieving Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales management team.

**Database Management**: Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information obtained during calls.

**Feedback and Reporting**: Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Prepare regular reports on call activities, lead generation, and sales performance.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement strategies for business growth.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus.

**Experience**: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service/sales role. Experience in the construction or formwork industry is highly desirable.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages. Ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.

**Persuasion Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into potential clients.

**Target-Driven**: Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**Computer Skills**: Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
