**Job Highlights**:
1 to 4 Years of experience in Hospital billing or physician Billing and AR calling

Manage accounts receivable, handle denials, and ensure timely billing

**Job Title: AR Caller /Sr.AR Caller**

**Designation: Associate/ Senior Associate/ Analyst**

**Physician Billing or Hospital billing**

**Exp: 1-4 Years in AR Calling**

**Working time: 5.30 PM to 2.30 am(Only Night shift)**

**Working days: Monday to Friday (Sat&Sun Fixed off)**

**Education: 10th/+2/Any Graduate**

**Salary: 42K**

**Note: Work from Office only**

**Location: Bangalore (Bellandur)**

**Notice Period: Immediate Joiner or less than 15 days**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Meet Quality and Productivity Standards.**
- Contact insurance companies for further explanation of denials & underpayments.
- Should have experience working with multiple denails.
- Take appropriate action on claims to guarantee resolution.
- Ensure accurate & timely follow up where required.
- Should be through with all AR Cycles and AR Scenarios.
- Should have worked on appeals,AR follow up, refilling and denail Management.

**Role/ Responsibilities**:

- Understand the Client requirements and specifications of the project.
- Ensure that the deliverable to the client adhere to the quality standards.
- Must be spontaneous and have high energy level.
- A brief understanding on the entire medical billing cycle.
- Must Process good communication skills with neutral accent.
- Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.
- Must be willing to Work from Office.
- Abilities to absorb client business rules.

RCM, Revenue Cycle Management, Denial Handling, Medicare, Epic, US Healthcare, Denials, AR Collection, Hospital Billing, Physician Billing,AR Caller,AR calling, Denial Management,Medicaid,AR Billing, Medical Billing,Denis,Good Communication,AR Follow up,AR Associate.
