Looking for AR Caller and Sr AR Caller for Bangalore and Chennai Location

Designation: AR Caller or Sr AR Caller

Education: PUC and Degree

Experience: 1 to 8 Years

Location: Bangalore and Chennai

**Salary**: 16000 to 40000

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for calling insurance companies (in US) on behalf of doctors/physicians and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable
- Should be able to convince the claims company (payers) for payment of their outstanding claims
- Sound knowledge of U.S. Healthcare Domain (Provider side) methods for improvement of the same
- Should have basic knowledge of the entire Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Manage & develop collaterals as required.

Compliances:

- Adherence to company policies, rules and regulations
- To follow quality processes thoroughly using checklist standards
- Adherence to HIPAA guidelines and policies for the process

Qualifications: Any graduation

Mandatory Skill Sets:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Soft skills required:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and a good team player

Work Experience:

- Work experience of at least 2 Years in Accounts Receivable (AR) calling

Office Timings:

- Should be ready to work in US shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
