- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics for real estate marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and online advertisements.
- Assist in the design and layout of presentations and proposals.
- Work closely with the creative team to maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality visual content.
- Contribute innovative ideas and designs to enhance the company's visual presence.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and best practices in the real estate industry.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a graphic design or related program.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
