**Job Summary**:
As a Graphic Designer at Pearl Organisation, you will play a pivotal role in translating our brand's visual identity and creative concepts into compelling visual assets. Your designs will contribute to enhancing our brand presence and delivering impactful communication materials to our clients and target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Create visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms, including digital and print media, such as social media graphics, websites, brochures, flyers, presentations, and more.
- Develop and execute design concepts, layouts, and artworks in line with the company's brand guidelines.
- Generate innovative ideas and concepts for visual storytelling, maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand image across all materials.
- Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to create high-quality graphics and visual content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to conceptualize and create designs that effectively communicate and resonate with the target audience.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts.
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
