Department - SMM
**Organizational Relationships**:
Reporting to - Operation Head
Direct Subordinates - Graphics Designers, CS team, Content team, BD Team, SEO
External Relationships - NA
**Purpose of the Job**:
To ensure enriching the brand awareness, social visibility, objective & sales of our clients' businesses through Social Media.

- Audit and Optimization
- Social Media Post management
- Trendspotting
- Quality assurance
- Report Creation
**Principal Tasks & Responsibilities**:
- Business Research - Industry research, Understanding client brief, Competitor analysis.
- Strategy Development - Brainstorming on creative strategies and ideating ideas.
- Creation and optimisation of social media channels.
- Auditing and analysis for the respective social media channels.
- Weekly analysis and modifying the further plan of action accordingly.
- Ensuring quality check of all the creatives before publishing on the channels.
- Research and execution of trend spotting ideas for the brand.
- Understanding the consumer behaviour and creating the relevant target audience.
- Analyzing and monitoring the channels regularly.
- Report Creation.
- To ensure timely ORM activity for the brand on the channels.
**Person Specifications**:
Age - 20 to 25 years
Qualifications - Bachelors and or any field majoring in marketing
Experience - 0-3 yr
Skills - Creativity, Accountable, Strategic planning, Excellent Communication, Analytical
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
