Job Description: Graphic Designer

Location: Harsha Institutions

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 (based on experience and portfolio)

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging and visually appealing social media post templates for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Create brochures, flyers, banners, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Develop creatives for events, campaigns, and institutional promotions.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver impactful designs.

Ensure all designs adhere to the institution's branding guidelines and deliver consistent messaging.

Stay updated with design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into projects.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:
Minimum Qualification: Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (experience in education or similar fields is a plus).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

A strong portfolio showcasing creative designs for social media, print, and digital marketing.

Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
