Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop marketing materials, including:

- Brochures and flyers for properties and services
- Social media graphics, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
- Website graphics, including banners, headers, and footers
- Create visual elements, such as logos, icons, and graphics, to support marketing campaigns
- Develop and maintain the company's brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to concept and design marketing campaigns
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
- Work closely with the sales team to design materials that meet their needs and help them succeed

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field

Pay: ₹11,270.40 - ₹40,000.00 per month
