The Accounts Intern - Female, within the Finance Department, will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various financial and accounting tasks. This internship program is designed to provide exposure to real-world financial operations while fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Data Entry and Recording**: Assist in accurately entering financial data into the company's accounting software or spreadsheets, including invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Support the accounts payable and receivable functions by verifying invoices, processing payments, and tracking outstanding balances.

**Bank Reconciliation**: Assist in reconciling bank statements with the company's financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.

**Expense Tracking**: Help monitor and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgetary guidelines.

**Assistance in Month-End Closing**: Contribute to month-end closing activities, such as preparing journal entries and reconciling accounts.

**Financial Reporting**: Collaborate on generating financial reports and statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

**Support Auditing Processes**: Assist with preparing documents and gathering information for internal and external audits.

**Administrative Tasks**: Perform administrative duties related to the finance department, including organizing documents and maintaining records.

**Ad-Hoc Projects**: Participate in special projects as assigned by the supervisor or manager to support ongoing initiatives within the finance team.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
