**About the role**

This role is responsible for the break down, preventive & predictive maintenance and handling safe way of all electrical equipment’s by ensuring 100% uptime of the critical equipment.

1. Maintain & repair electrical systems, equipment’s & machinery, trouble shoot electrical issues & ensure compliance with safety standards.

2.To use thorough knowledge of his Electrical and Instrumentation in problem solving. Familiar with PLCs, motor controls & instrumentations in an industry.

3.To maintain daily Electrical and Instrumentation breakdown data and analyze the downtime by to find out the
root cause of the critical breakdowns and plan for actions.

4.To operate & maintain good conditions the DG sets and plant UPS by preparing preventive maintenance and services.

5.To do the annual maintenance schedule of the HT line, PCC, MCC panels and DG sets.

6.To do monthly preventive maintenance of the MCC panels and Motors to ensure nil or minimum downtime on Electrical and Instrumentation.

7. To do instrument calibration and documentation related to PM

8.Daily do meeting with teammates and note down daily downtime and power consumption for every day.To follow Safety KPIs and Quality KPIs of the departments are discussed and work accordingly.

9.To report the critical spares list time to time.

10.To maintain daily electrical meter readings to track power consumption as well as maintain the unity PF.

11. Support production and R&D team for new product development as well as new projects installation, read and analyze the PID diagram and Electrical layouts.

12.To be Preferred having very good knowledge on Edible oil refinery process, MS office.

**About you**

**Minimum Qualification**:
ITI OR Diploma in Electrical. Experience 10 years for ITI & 7 years for Diploma holders

**Type of knowledge, experience & skills required**:
10 years’ experience for ITI & 7 years for Diploma engineers, Experience in Manufacturing Industry preferably Edible Oils and Fat
