Yarn Export Executive

Responsible for managing and overseeing the export operations of yarn products to international markets. This role involves ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating logistics, and optimizing the export process to maximize efficiency and profitability.
**Job Description for Yarn Export Executive1. Export Management**
- **Order Processing**: Manage and oversee the processing of export orders from initial inquiry to final delivery.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and handle all export-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and customs requirements of importing countries.
- **Pricing and Negotiation**: Assist in setting export prices and negotiate terms with international buyers.
**2. Logistics and Coordination**
- **Shipping Arrangements**: Coordinate with Dispatch Department to arrange the shipment of goods.
- **Inventory Management**: Work closely with the production and inventory teams to ensure timely availability of products for export.
- **Tracking and Monitoring**: Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve any issues related to shipping, customs clearance, or product quality that may arise during the export process.
**3. Customer Relationship Management**
- **Client Interaction**: Maintain and develop relationships with international clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and clients for yarn exports.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and services.
- **After-Sales Support**: Provide after-sales support to clients, including addressing any concerns or complaints.
**4. Financial Management**
- **Payment Terms**: Negotiate payment terms with clients and ensure timely collection of payments.
- **Cost Control**: Monitor and manage export costs to ensure profitability, including shipping, duties, and taxes.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare financial reports related to export activities and provide insights to senior management.
**5. Compliance and Risk Management**
- **Export Controls**: Ensure that all exports comply with export control laws and regulations.
- **Risk Mitigation**: Identify and mitigate risks associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations, geopolitical issues, and trade barriers.
- **Quality Assurance**: Work with the quality control team to ensure that the exported yarn meets the quality standards required by international clients.
**6. Continuous Improvement**
- **Process Optimization**: Continuously seek ways to improve the export process to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Training and Development**: Stay updated on industry trends, export regulations, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
**7. Reporting and Analysis**
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on export sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data to identify patterns and trends that can inform export strategies.
- **Strategic Planning**: Contribute to the development of export strategies that align with the company’s overall business goals.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a completed an EXPORT IMPORT course.
- Experience in yarn or têxtile export operations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and export management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
