**Job Title**:Government Schemes Implementation Officer**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated **Government Schemes Implementation Officer** to manage and oversee the successful implementation of various government schemes aimed at benefiting local communities, particularly farmers, women, and youth. The role involves training, capacity building, mobilization, and facilitation of these schemes to ensure the maximum number of beneficiaries are able to access and benefit from available government support. The officer will play a key role in meeting program targets and improving community welfare.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Beneficiary Mobilization & Awareness**:

- Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about government schemes and encourage the community to participate.
- Develop and implement strategies to mobilize and increase participation of farmers, women, and youth in government programs.

**2. Training & Capacity Building**:

- Provide capacity-building workshops to equip local stakeholders with the skills and knowledge to make the best use of the schemes.

**3. Implementation of Government Schemes**:

- Facilitate the delivery and implementation of various government schemes aimed at farmers, women, and youth within the community.

**4. Target Achievement**:

- Work closely with the respective program managers for various programs like agriculture, water, RGN to meet the defined targets for the number of farmers, women, land parcels and youth benefiting from government schemes.
- Track, report, and ensure progress toward achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) set for beneficiary participation.

**5. Monitoring & Evaluation**:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the schemes being implemented and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collect data and feedback from beneficiaries to understand the impact of government programs and report findings to stakeholders.

**6. Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation**:

- Coordinate with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of services and schemes.

**7. Community Liaison**:

- Serve as a liaison between the community and government authorities, ensuring that the concerns of beneficiaries are communicated and addressed.
- Foster strong relationships with local farmers, women’s groups, and community leaders to drive the success of the schemes.

**8. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain proper records and documentation of all activities related to the schemes and beneficiaries.
- Regularly report progress, challenges, and outcomes to the management team and stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in preferably (not a must) in social work, Rural Development, Agriculture, or a related field

**Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community development, government schemes facilitation, or rural development programs.
- Experience in training, capacity building, and mobilizing local beneficiaries.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of government schemes, especially those targeting farmers, and women.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct training and awareness programs.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Data collection and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in speaking, reading and writing Marathi language.
