**Minimum 1-2 Years of experience in the field of Finance & Accounts.**:

- **Educational Qualification - B.Com/ BBA/ M.BA/M.Com**
- All the payments will go through the vouchering process and after approval and sent for payments.
- Daily or weekly update of Tally with bank reconciliation and filling.
- Daily update of bank statements( All banks) to check all the transactions of the previous day
- Provide financial data to FC from time to time.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable along with the Team leader.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns( TDS, EPFO, PT, ESI, GST & IT)
- On a regular interval report on the company’s financial health and liquidity to the team leader.
- Maintaining all the important official files and making sure it's kept safely.
- Keeping financial data confidentiality and conducting database backups when necessary
- Comply with financial policies and regulations of the company.
- Payroll Management - Salary preparation, Salary disbursement.
- Maintaining Project finance in coordination with F/C and Project coordinator.
- Issuing Invoices as per requirements.
- Vendor management - Timely payment of all the bills raised for the company.
- Maintaining deadlines and due dates for all compliances and payments.
- Safekeeping of all financial documents, files, and any other papers related to finance in an organized way.
- Compliances related to Grant projects like UC preparation, Calculation of utilized funds, Documentation, and approval the same from the CEO & CA as well.
- Custody of Board meeting register, AGM Register along with all meeting records both in hard copy and soft copy.
- Maintaining asset register as per the government policy with a separate file for assets with all original bills.
- Banking relations at the executive level to complete all bank-related tasks.
- Assist seniors in maintaining budgetary control over the regular course of business and as well as on projects.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
