**Role Description**

This is an on-site, freelancer or contractual role for a PDP Trainer located in Noida. The PDP Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, conducting assessments, and tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of various functional groups. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, facilitating group discussions, and providing feedback and support to trainees. The PDP Trainer will also be expected to collaborate with other departments to align training programs with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and group discussion skills
- Ability to tailor training content to meet diverse learning needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using digital tools for training and education
- Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience in engineering services and skill development is a plus

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
