We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Academic Outreach Executive to engage with key decision-makers at colleges in Andhra Pradesh, including Nodal Officers, Deans, and Heads of Departments (HODs). Your role will be to onboard them for our study abroad services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to Nodal Officers, Deans, and HODs of Andhra Pradesh-based colleges.
- Present our programs professionally and convincingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college officials.
- Address queries and concerns regarding the program.
- Follow up consistently to ensure participation and registrations.
- Maintain records of calls and outcomes in the database.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and Telugu.
- Prior experience in sales, academic outreach, or relationship management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape in Andhra Pradesh.
- Ability to handle objections and provide relevant information confidently.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Salary: ₹15,000/month
- Incentives: Commission-based
- Workdays: 6 days a week

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
