**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the implementation and support of SAP-FICA-Utilities modules.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP-FICA-Utilities to meet business requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP-FICA-Utilities processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP-FICA-Utilities with other systems.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP-FICA-Utilities solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP-FICA-Utilities in a timely manner.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of SAP-FICA-Utilities.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP-FICA-Utilities processes.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress and system performance.
- Support the development and maintenance of documentation related to SAP-FICA-Utilities processes and configurations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP-FICA-Utilities to continuously improve the system.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities.
- Demonstrate expertise in configuring and customizing SAP-FICA-Utilities modules.
- Have a good understanding of tax processing and garnishment editing.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Show proficiency in developing and executing test plans.
- Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Have experience in conducting training sessions for end-users.
- Be capable of monitoring and optimizing system performance.
- Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Possess strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
