Job Location: Chennai , Kolkata

Experience required : 7+ Years

Interview date: 17th Oct (Friday)


Accountabilities to include:


  • Need strong knowledge of ABAP with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience with a minimum of 1 Implementation experience
  • Must have a working experience in ODATA services with all CRUD operation implementation, CDS, AMDP
  • Must have development experience in RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms and Reports), RFCs and other SAP development tools
  • Must have knowledge in ABAP RESTful programming model, UI5 development, Cloud Foundry
  • Should be able to manage the design, develop technical objects, and revise technical designs to meet ABAP project requirements.
  • Should be able to perform necessary fixes and enhancements and collaborate with functional owners, architects, and other personnel for development
  • Very Good communication skills to interact with the client and expertise in understanding technical requirements
  • Help functional team on the technical approach before GAP presentation
  • Perform feasibility analysis for new changes even before the FS is approved
  • FS Handshake with the functional team
  • Develop the objects or perform changes as requested in FS
  • Perform Unit testing
  • Perform Peer Code Review
  • Support testing defects in FUT, SIT and UAT, Post go-live
  • Optimize code performance

  • Core ABAP, OO-ABAP, CDS, AMDPs, Newer ABAP syntaxes (7.5), ODATA

Good to have

  • ABAP RESTful programming model, UI5 development, Cloud Foundry
