The role in a nutshell:
The key goal of a HRSS Associate is to providing HR support to all stakeholders associated with Managing Operations for LATAM region ensuring all the Responsibilities are taken accurately and in a timely manner.

How you will make a difference:

- Good knowledge of end-to-end HR operations.
- Responsible for vacation/leave & attendance management.
- Experience of on-boarding & off-boarding.
- Must have managed end to end employee life cycle.
- Responsible to draft Employment contract, offer letter, experience letter etc.
- Should have sound knowledge of statutory compliances.
- Good Excel Knowledge.
- Good Communication Skills is required.

What will give you an advantage:

- Preferably 1- 2 Years of HR Operation Experience.
- Assertive, yet consultative and results oriented with a contagious, competitive attitude.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff.
- Ability to manage the team, set priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills, including experience identifying problems and providing effective resolutions.
- Good Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
- Good Computer & Problem-solving skills.
