**Designation - QC Executive**

**Department & Location: Quality Control & Silvassa**

**Qualification: BE / B.Tech/ B.Sc (Chemistry)**

**Experience: 2-6 Yrs.**

**Key Skill Required**:Good Knowledge of wire industry is Must.

**Roles & Responsibility**:
A medium-size Steel wire processing unit manufacturing steel wires for the Fastener industry is looking for a person to head their Quality Assurance Department. The position is at the company’s plant at Gujarat.

**Functions**:

- Physical testing of incoming raw materials, in-process material, and outgoing finish goods.
- Chemical analysis of raw materials and processing chemicals.
- Metallography
- Daily monitoring of manufacturing processes/heat treatment standards and suggesting corrective actions in case of any internal rejections or deviations.
- Analysis of Customer complaints and resolution of the same through corrective and preventive actions, statistical process control, and customer visits.
- Activities are related to all Quality Standards such as ISO, QS, and TS, etc.
- Knowledge of ETP will be preferable.

**Educational Qualification**
- Graduate or Diploma in Metallurgical Engineering.
- Lead Assessor Course for ISO 9000 will be preferable but not essential

**Experience**
- Min 2 years for Graduate and min 10 years for Diploma Holders in Quality Assurance Dept of a mid-size Manufacturing Company engaged in Heat Treatment of Steel like Annealing or Hardening Tempering.
- Experience in Steel Wire Manufacturing Industry is preferable.
- Awareness about ISO9000 Quality System Standards.
- Awareness about Product Standards like ISI, BS or ASTM will be added advantage.

**Other Requirements-**
- Willing to stay in Company Residential premises or nearby the Factory.
- Ability to deal with workmen to achieve the required output.
- Ability to express/resolve technical matters with Customers/Suppliers

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
