Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Marketing Executives to join our team in Mohali. The primary responsibility is to gather information about newly constructed buildings and flats, focusing on the properties they are selling or renting. This role involves extensive fieldwork, data collection, and relationship-building with property owners and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to newly constructed buildings and flats in Mohali.
- Collect detailed information about properties available for sale or rent, including specifications, pricing, availability, and contact details.
- Establish and maintain relationships with property developers, builders, and real estate agents.
- Provide accurate and timely reports on gathered data and market conditions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the properties.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of information and support the sales process.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to network and gather market intelligence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Mohali.
- A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of the local real estate market in Mohali.
- Experience in data collection and market research.
