**Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a **Field Sales Executive located in Mohali district.**The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and providing them with product information. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, preparing sales proposals, meeting sales targets, and maintaining records of sales activities. The executive will also be expected to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events as required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach potential customers through **field visits, cold calls, and networking.**:
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
- Negotiate terms of sales and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve queries.
- Collect market insights, competitor activities, and feedback to support business strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM/records daily.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (0-6 Months) in **field sales, direct sales**, or business development.
- Experience in courier, logistics, or supply chain services will be considered a strong plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
