Role & Responsibilities

Here are the key expectations from the role:
1. Manage all returns entry into Easyecomm

2. Raise claim tickets on marketplaces for returns

3. Coordinate with channels like Amazon, Flipkart to follow up & get reconciliation done

4. Pass data entry on the system accordingly

5. Liason with finance team to ensure both system data tallies

Internal & External Relationships
- Internal: Product team
- Internal: Sales team
- External: Vendors

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduate with min. 1 years overall in finance/similar role

Preferred Skills

Data entry. Excel. Inventory management system.

Additional Notes

Previous experience working with D2C brands, Ecommerce start-ups or consumer product brands preferred
