Neonwale India is seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support our office operations. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced work environment. The Office Boy will be responsible for performing various basic office tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office space.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office supplies.
- **Pantry Management**:

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness in the pantry area and ensure stock of refreshments and utensils.
- **General Support**:

- Deliver documents and files to different departments.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing mail and couriers.
- Photocopying, filing, and scanning documents as needed.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms, including refreshments and other basic tasks.
- **Guest Management**:

- Welcome and guide visitors to appropriate departments or staff members.
- Offer beverages to guests as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum high school education.
- Basic understanding of office equipment (photocopier, scanner, etc.).
- Ability to perform tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
- Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible.
