Associate Relations Officer, Public Partnerships

**Role Overview**

We are looking for someone who is comfortable in a corporate office as well as a government office in a remote village. Someone who can make sense of all the intelligence at work in the central hub and realities of ground delivery to senior government stakeholders. A strategic position responsible for overseeing effective delivery of our government education projects, while serving as the primary interface between project teams and district administration.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact with district officials, including District Education Officers, Deputy Commissioners, and Deputy Development Commissioners
- Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule
- Document innovative initiatives and their outcomes within the projects
- Track student engagement, performance, and utilization of provided services
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project status, achievements, and challenges
- Present findings and insights to district administration in clear, accessible formats
- Create tailored informational materials for various stakeholders (administrators, principals, teachers, students, parents)
- Escalate execution issues to appropriate district officials when necessary
- Advocate for project visibility and sustainability with district leadership

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in stakeholder management, particularly with government officials
- Project monitoring and evaluation expertise
- Ability to translate complex data into accessible insights
- Excellent report writing and documentation abilities
- Understanding of education sector initiatives (preferred)

This role focuses on oversight, communication, and strategic relationship management rather than direct project execution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹700,000.00 per year
