We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Accountant** to support our finance and accounting operations. The role involves assisting with day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining records, preparing basic reports, and supporting the senior accounting team in managing accounts and ensuring compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com or equivalent).
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Familiarity with accounting software (Tally ) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the finance field.
