ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Attend to customers queries and provide appropriate response promptly and professionally.
- Generate the leads and helps dealership manage and follow up on leads.
- Follow-up with leads regarding interest in company’s products and services.
- Independently engage with customer to take feedback.
- Monitor the implementation and effectives conduct regular reviews the sales and services.
- Work on reporting progress on daily, weekly, monthly basis.

SKILLS NEEDED:

- Outbound/ Cold Calling.
- Soft spoken.
- Good communication in Hindi & English.
- Knowledge about computers.
- MALE / FEMALES CAN APPLY.
- Shift timing 10:00AM TO 06:30 PM.

**Salary**: ₹14,700.90 - ₹17,000.42 per month
