**Student Consultation**: Conducting one-on-one consultations with prospective students to understand their educational goals, interests, and needs.

Information Provision: Providing accurate and up-to-date information about the institute's programs, courses, curriculum, facilities, financial aid, scholarships, and other relevant aspects to prospective students and their families.

**Campus Tours and Presentations**: Conducting campus tours and delivering presentations to showcase the institute's facilities, resources, and academic offerings to prospective students and their families.

**Relationship Building**: Establishing and maintaining relationships with colleges, educational consultants, and other external stakeholders to promote the institute and attract prospective students.

**Customer Service**: Providing exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the admissions journey

Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing admissions data, generating reports, and presenting insights to senior management regarding enrollment trends, conversion rates, and areas for improvement

**Process Improvement**: Continuously reviewing and improving the admissions process to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and optimize the overall student experience.

Identifying areas for process improvement in the admissions cycle, streamlining procedures, and implementing new technologies or strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Collaboration**: Collaborating with other departments, such as academic advisors, financial aid officers, and faculty members, to ensure a seamless transition for admitted students.

Enrollment Conversion: Assisting prospective students in making enrollment decisions by providing guidance, addressing concerns, and facilitating the enrollment process.

Additionally, an Admission Counselor should possess strong interpersonal skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to build rapport with prospective students and their families. **Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
