**Responsibilities**:
Academic Advising: Provide personalized academic advising to students, helping them choose appropriate courses, create academic plans, and ensure they meet graduation requirements.

Career Guidance: Assist students in exploring career options, identifying their strengths and interests, and providing valuable insights into potential career paths.

Personal Counseling: Offer compassionate one-on-one counseling to address personal challenges that may impact students' academic performance and overall well-being.

Educational Planning: Collaborate with students to develop tailored educational plans aligned with their individual goals and aspirations.

Orientation and Workshops: Facilitate engaging orientation sessions to introduce new students to academic policies, support services, and campus resources. Conduct workshops on essential study skills, time management, and stress reduction techniques.

Academic Support: Identify students who may be facing academic difficulties and provide appropriate support or referrals to tutoring services and other academic assistance programs.

Transfer and Articulation: Assist students with the transfer process, ensuring a smooth transition and accurate evaluation of credits and coursework.

Special Populations: Offer specialized counseling and support services for specific student populations, such as first-generation students, international students, students with disabilities, and those on academic probation.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions, academic plans, and progress reports for each student.

Crisis Intervention: Respond to urgent situations and provide crisis intervention, as necessary, including referring students to mental health professionals or campus resources.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in academic advising, counseling, or student support services.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse student populations.

Empathetic and compassionate approach to addressing students' needs and concerns.

Knowledge of academic policies, educational trends, and career development resources.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to conduct workshops and orientations effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, administrators, and other student support services.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools for record-keeping and data management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
