This is an open position for Others at Isha Foundation.

The foothills of the Velliangiri mountains, forty kilometers from the city of Coimbatore in South India, serve as home for the Isha Yoga Center. Purpose of the Job

Assigning housekeeping tasks to sevadhars and making sure the rooms, common area cleanliness are maintained

Job Responsibilities

Assigning housekeeping tasks to sevadhars and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standard of cleanliness are met
Supervising Sevadhars
Co-ordinate with the store manager for cleaning equipment
Scheduling sevadhars shifts and organizing replacements as required.
Providing training to the sevadhars.
Regularly taking inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
Issuing cleaning supplies and equipment to sevadhars as needed.
Investigating and addressing complaints regarding poor housekeeping service
Maintaining the Attendance reports of the Sevadhar

Required Competencies

Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree

Skill Competencies : Supervisory skills, People Management, Multilinguist, Data entry & communication skills

Experience : 0 ~ 3years

Gender : Male
