**Job Title**:
**International Call Center Executive cum Computer Operator (Night Shift)**

**Job Timing**:
**7:00 Pm to 5:00 AM** (Night Shift)

**Gender Requirement**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Call Center Duties**:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, or technical issues.
- Providing accurate product or service information to customers.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining records in CRM software.
- Ensuring timely and professional communication in line with international standards.
- **Computer Operator Duties**:

- Entering and managing data related to customer calls, transactions, and company records.
- Maintaining and updating databases with accurate information.
- Performing routine checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Generating reports based on customer interactions and call metrics.
- Assisting with basic IT and computer operations, such as troubleshooting common software issues, file management, and document processing.
- Operating office equipment like printers, scanners, and fax machines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15000 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
