**Position Overview**:
**Experience Needed : Minimum 1 Year**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Requirement Understanding**:
Engage with clients to thoroughly understand hardware requirements and specifications for upcoming projects.

Collaborate with the technical team to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs.

**Hardware Procurement**:
Source and procure hardware components according to project specifications and budget constraints.

Develop and maintain relationships with hardware suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

Ensure timely delivery and quality control of procured hardware.

**Team Management**:
Lead and manage a dedicated team responsible for implementing hardware solutions.

Coordinate with team members to allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project timelines are met.

Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.

**Budget Creation and Management**:
Create accurate and comprehensive budgets for hardware procurement and project implementation.

Track expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

Regularly update stakeholders on budget status and financial projections.

**Excel Management**:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze data related to hardware procurement, budgeting, and team performance.

Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets to track inventory, expenses, and project milestones.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Proven experience in hardware procurement and team coordination.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant project management tools.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Experience working in electronincs or IT-related industry.

Familiarity with latest Embedded and IOT technologies.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
