Key Responsibilities:

- **Expert Hair Services**: Perform cutting, coloring, and styling services tailored to client preferences.
- **Client Consultations**: Conduct detailed consultations to understand client needs and provide professional recommendations.
- **Mentorship**: Train and support junior stylists in techniques and customer service best practices.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- **Trend Awareness**: Stay current with industry trends and techniques to offer innovative styles and services.
- **Salon Maintenance**: Ensure a clean and organized salon environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- **Product Recommendations**: Advise clients on suitable hair care products and promote retail sales.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with the salon team to deliver a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a hairstylist (minimum [insert years] years).
- Valid cosmetology license or certification.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of styles and techniques.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hair styling: 1 year (preferred)
- Hair Coloring: 1 year (preferred)
