**Position Title**: Fashion Designer
**Location**: Bodakdev, Ahmedabad

**Job Type**: Full-time and onsite

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Conceptualise and create fashion collections that reflect current trends and cater to the salon environment, including uniforms, accessories, and promotional items.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on fashion trends, competitor offerings, and consumer preferences to inform design decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with salon managers and stylists to gather feedback and insights that will influence design and functionality.
- **Material Selection**: Source and select fabrics, materials, and finishes that meet quality standards and align with design concepts.
- **Sample Development**: Oversee the creation of prototypes and samples, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- **Brand Alignment**: Ensure that all designs align with the salon's brand identity and aesthetic.
- **Client Engagement**: Participate in client consultations to understand their style preferences and needs, incorporating their feedback into design processes.
- **Trend Forecasting**: Analyze upcoming fashion trends and predict their potential impact on salon-related fashion and design.
- **Presentation**: Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating the vision and rationale behind each collection.
- **Sustainability Focus**: Incorporate sustainable practices and materials in design processes, promoting eco-friendly solutions within the salon industry.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
- Proven experience in fashion design, preferably within the beauty or salon industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
- Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in creating uniforms or fashion items for service-oriented industries.
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices.
- Familiarity with the salon industry and its unique needs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
