**Requirement**:
**What You Will Be Doing**:

- **Content Creation**:Develop engaging and creative content for social media posts, stories, and campaigns to attract and retain followers.
- **Social Media Management**:Assist in managing MCS’s social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement.
- **Market Research**:Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform our social media strategy.
- **Campaign Support**:Help plan and execute social media campaigns, track their performance, and provide insights for improvement.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor social media metrics and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of social media efforts and identify areas for growth.
- **Community Engagement**:Engage with our online community by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive and interactive online presence.
