**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Amazon Advertising
- Manage and optimize Shopify promotional campaigns to drive e-commerce sales
- Plan, implement, and monitor advertising budgets across channels
- Create and optimize campaign structures, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Perform A/B testing of ad copies, creative assets, and landing pages
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Stay current with digital advertising best practices and platform updates

**Required Qualifications**
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing/paid digital advertising
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon/Marketplace
- Strong experience with Shopify e-commerce platform and promotional campaigns
- Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization and sales funnel management
- Advanced knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics)
- Experience with budget management and ROI optimization
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in quick commerce or on-demand delivery advertising
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Amazon Advertising
- Experience with marketing automation tools
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience with CRM platforms would be preferred

**Key Performance Indicators**
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) targets
- Cost per Acquisition (CPA) goals
- Campaign conversion rates
- PPC ads
- Budget utilization efficiency
- Revenue growth from paid channels
- Customer acquisition costs

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
