We are seeking a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for handling the college’s social media accounts, creating and editing engaging video content, and developing strategies to enhance the institution’s digital presence. The role will involve content creation, video editing, audience engagement, and implementing marketing campaigns to boost visibility and brand presence across various online platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow the college's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
- Create and schedule posts that are consistent with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- **Content Creation & Video Editing**:

- Design creative posts, graphics, and visual content to promote events, programs, and achievements.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for promotional purposes, campus events, student testimonials, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the college's goals.
- **Campaign Execution & Optimization**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to improve visibility and engagement.
- Use analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, and student engagement.
- **SEO & Online Presence**:

- Implement strategies to optimize content for search engines, ensuring maximum visibility.
- Monitor and enhance the online reputation of the college on various platforms.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Work closely with the marketing and PR teams to ensure consistency in digital messaging.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation (preferably in education or technology sectors).
- Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- **Skills**:

- Solid understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- **Preferred**:

- Experience with paid ads on social media platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online reputation management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
