**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans for IELTS and TOEFL exam preparation.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions and workshops that cater to various learning styles.
- Assess students' proficiency levels and tailor lessons to meet their individual needs.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their English language skills.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest exam formats and requirements.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to ensure optimal results.
- Create and distribute practice materials and mock tests to help students prepare for their exams.
- Offer guidance on exam techniques, time management, and strategies for success.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment to encourage active participation and learning.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and academic staff to maintain high educational standards.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in IELTS or TOEFL training (preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS/TOEFL or similar English language proficiency exams.
- Strong understanding of IELTS and TOEFL exam structures and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
