**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate Hydra crane to lift, move, and position materials as directed.
- Inspect crane equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition.
- Load and unload materials safely while following site guidelines.
- Assist with minor maintenance and upkeep of the crane.
- Follow safety regulations and procedures strictly to avoid accidents or damage.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and ground staff for coordinated movements.
- Keep daily logs of operations and equipment condition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Hydra Operator (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Valid license or certification for Hydra crane operation (if applicable).
- Sound knowledge of safe crane operation practices.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor environments.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work on different job sites as needed.
