To fuel up excellence and expand global operations, we recently secured $27 million in a Series B funding led by G2 Venture Partners and joined by our existing investors - BGV and National Grid Partners, which brings the total funding to $33 million.
**What’s the role?**
We are looking for People Operations Business Partner, who can work alongside leaders in the GIS / Operations team in India, to develop and execute, organizational and HR strategies that foster growth, drive results, and increase organizational effectiveness.
**What will you do?
- Partners with the key stakeholders to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent management strategy across the employee lifecycle.
- Design, implement and monitor special projects/initiatives across the lifecycle of employee - organization design, performance management systems, compensation benchmarking, rewards and recognition processes etc.
- Create programs, for employer branding to attract tier-one technology and data science talent.
- Identify, analyze, and implement best HR practices suited for the organization.
- Identify, onboard, and implement tools that can help scale HR processes effectively.
- Create effective analytical tools & reports to analyze HR information.
- Conducting internal audits and checks to ensure adherence to all HR processes
- Conduct internal surveys to check employee pulse and areas of strength and improvements areas to design suitable interventions aiming at building the best workplace for the team.
**What are we looking for?
- Post-Graduate with specialization in HR, with 2-5 years of experience working as a People Operations Business Partner in a dynamic organization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter, willing to learn and implement in a fast-paced environment
- Tech Savvy - willing to experiment and adopt best tech practices in HR function.
