**Design Development**: Create original designs, patterns, and prints for various têxtile products, ensuring they meet the company's standards and market trends.
- **Trend Analysis**: Conduct research on market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging techniques to inform design concepts.
- **Material Selection**: Choose appropriate fabrics, yarns, and dyes for design prototypes and final products.
- **Technical Specifications**: Develop detailed technical specifications and instructions for production, including color palettes, patterns, and material specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other members of the design team, product developers, and manufacturers to ensure designs are feasible and align with production capabilities.
- **Sample Production**: Oversee the creation of samples and prototypes, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and quality control standards.
- **Software Utilization**: Use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and specialized têxtile design software (e.g., NedGraphics, Texcelle) to create and refine designs.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all designs meet the companys quality standards and are executed correctly during the production process.
- **Presentation**: Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, including mood boards, sketches, and digital presentations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
