We are looking for energetic and smart individuals who can communicate effectively, handle clients, and convert business leads into potential projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert warm leads into confirmed clients through follow-up and persuasion.
- Understand company services (IT, BPO, Healthcare, and Outsourcing).
- Update and maintain daily client status reports.
- Coordinate with the business development team for project discussions.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication & convincing skills (English preferred).
- Ability to build relationships and maintain professionalism.
- Positive attitude and confidence in handling clients.

**Performance Goals**
- Handle 20-30 leads per week.
- Convert at least 3-5 into qualified client discussions monthly.
- Maintain proper follow-up and reporting.
