**About Us**

AD Interio is a growing architecture and interior design firm in Dehradun, delivering end-to-end solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented **Architect** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize, design, and develop architectural plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide innovative design solutions.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site supervisors for project execution.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and Vastu (if applicable).
- Present design concepts through sketches, presentations, and 3D models.
- Oversee project progress and provide support during site execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of professional experience (freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and MS Office; knowledge of 3D visualization software is a plus.
- Strong creativity, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
