As a Database Administrator (DBA), you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our databases to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support database needs, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of database systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven 4 years experience as a Database Administrator.
- Proficiency in database management systems such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, normalization, and indexing.
- Knowledge of database security best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Experience in performance tuning and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) are required.

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
