**Role Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and confident **Telecaller** to join our team. The primary role is to make outbound calls, follow up with leads, explain our services, and book appointments or generate conversions. This is a front-line role that directly contributes to the firm’s business development and customer relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.
- Explain the company's services clearly and persuasively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Follow up with interested leads and schedule meetings.
- Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Positive attitude, team spirit, and goal-oriented approach.
