**Job Role**:

We are looking for a Manual tester to help us ship software with confidence. You will verify new functionality that spans our core product and its interaction with other software like Zendesk, Jira etc. You will partner with developers to ensure adequate feature coverage and proper testing methodology and also build the QA team in the future.

**Responsibiliti**es**:

- Understanding project documents, customer demands, and product objectives to create and execute test cases.
- Understanding the flow of code/data and how it interacts with different components.

Help improve product documentation by pointing out gaps.
- Perform manual regression, bug and feature testing based on test cases.
- Deep-dive into hard-to-troubleshoot issues to narrow reproduction steps.
- Manage all manual test cases on testrail
- Coordinate with developers during weekly release and ensure any code that goes in is tested

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 yrs of experience in testing software manually (preferably in B2B domain).
- Knowledge of test methodologies and their corresponding tools.
- Knowledge of best security practices and ability to figure out loopholes in the product
- Strong communication skills.
