Role: Clinical Chart Reviewer

Qualification: MBBS Doctors only

Timings: General Shift (9.30-6.30)

5 days working

Experience: 1+ Years (Clinical / Non Clinical)

**Salary**: Up to 6.5 Lacs to 9.5 Lacs PA

**Job Description**:

- Ability to review the patient’s longitudinal medical record & triage potential conditions based on symptoms, medications, labs, clinical notes, social & family history among other data points.
- Understanding value-based healthcare in the US particularly key concepts associated with patient risk, major conditions and comorbidities driving healthcare utilization and consumption, and key shifts in value based care.
- Conducting deep and thorough evaluation(s) of patient documents to identify missed diagnoses, gaps in care and/or other evidence of risks, diseases and occurrences that could meaningfully increase the patient’s risks for a poor outcome.

In short:

- Review Patients Medical Records
- Review case history of patients & their family
- Understanding patients' risks, major conditions, medical coding, etc.
- Conduct deep and thorough evaluation of patients documents
- Identify missed diagnoses, gaps in care or risk, diseases & occurrences that could meaningfully increase the patients risk.
- Identify Symptoms.

Note:

- 3 months training will be provided along with salary.

2) Video calling interview with Sr. Doctors

3) Salary Discussion round

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
